S.p.A. debuted last month on AIM Italia Alternative Investment Market (Mercato Alternativo del Capitale), a multilateral trading facility by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.

This is an achievement for the innovative Italian Motor Valley brand as they are  first and only high-tech products automotive company on AIM Market. 

Energica Motor Company S.p.A. manufactures high-performing electric motorcycles 100% Made in Italy. The first company models,Energica Ego and Energica Eva, are a combination of performances, technology and lifestyle.

The company’s listing is an important step that will enable Energica to consolidate its business plan ensuring the growth expected, starting from 244 units production in 2016, doubled in 2017.

After being defined “best performer” in the first three days of listing, Energica Motor Company S.p.A. announced the official relocation to the new factory, where production lines of Energica Ego and Energica Eva will be realized.

The new 32.000 square foot factory, located in Modena, the Italian Motor Valley, meets the functional needs of the company with a building capable to represent the company philosophy, creating a dynamic working place.

A large space will be reserved for the R&D Dept., a key driver for developing Energica products innovation. The company expects to grow both in Italy and US, where in particular a Sales team recruiting process has been launched.
