PV System Operations and Maintenance (O&M)

This course is specifically designed for individuals in the solar PV industry who are involved in the operations and maintenance (O&M) of PV systems. It is suitable for field technicians responsible for O&M duties, as well as those working in operations or asset management who wish to gain a detailed understanding of maintaining optimal performance in PV systems. The course covers various O&M tasks such as inspections, preventive maintenance, performance analysis, and troubleshooting. It also explores advanced analytical tools, meters, and techniques including insulation resistance testers, I-V curve tracers, and infrared cameras. All types of grid-direct PV systems, including residential, commercial, and large-scale systems, are covered in the course, however, it does not address battery maintenance or medium voltage-specific O&M tasks.
