Very Interesting TedTalk on Renewable Energy

We are big fans of TedTalks around here and thought that a lot of our readers probably are as well.  From time to time, we like to post the “talks” that are relevant to , energy efficiency, energy storage and climate change.

Here is a very thought provoking and sobering by David John Cameron MacKay, FRS FInstP FICE,who is the Regius Professor of Engineering in the Department of Engineering at the University of Cambridge and from 2009 to 2014 was Chief Scientific Adviser to the UK Department of Energy and Climate Change.

Making the transition to low carbon, renewable energy will definitely be more difficult for some countries than others.  We hope this video helps to really get you thinking about the path to renewables for your country.
