Risen Energy to Develop 100MW Solar PV Plant in India

, a Chinese integrated manufacturer of solar photovoltaic products, today announced the co-operation between and themselves, encompassing a milestone Memorandum of Understanding to jointly invest and develop a 100MW Plant in Ramnad district, State of Tamilnadu, .

The project is the first majority direct and the largest foreign investment by a Chinese company, in the Indian solar PV market.
