In this latest video the completely solar powered Swiss airplane known as the Solar Impulse takes off from Abu Dhabi (Al Bateen Executive Airport, AZI/OMAD) in the United Arab Emirates, to Muscat (Muscat International Airport, MCT/OOMS) in the Sultanate of Oman.

The distance for the flight is about 400km (215NM) for an estimated time of 12 hours. Imagine flying by yourself in a completely solar powered plane for 12 hours. You have to hand it to the team at Solar Impulse, this is a very impressive endeavor for everyone.
