Innovative Solar Systems, LLC has received all approvals and is ready to break ground on a 75MW Solar Farm in Fayetteville. NC. This large scale project will generate enough electricity to power approximately 15,000 to 20,000 average size homes.

Innovative Solar has all approvals in place which include interconnection agreements, long term purchase power agreements, state, federal, and regulatory approvals. The solar farm will be constructed on approximately five hundred acres of farm land in Fayetteville, NC, and will be one of the largest to ever be approved and built in the South East.

“This project provides for a long term purchase power agreement (PPA) and a very flat, easy build site which makes this a financially attractive Solar Farm project for many potential buyers,” states John E. Green of ISS.

The company is soliciting competitive bids from companies to construct the project by the end of 2015 and also provide the long term operating and maintenance contracts required by investors.
