Danfoss Solar Enters Turkish PV Market in Collaboration with MimtaSolar
Istanbul – MimtaSolar has been named “Selected Sales Partner” and authorized for the distribution and after sales service of photovoltaic products manufactured by Danfoss Solar. The informal cooperation that started between the two companies in 2010 regarding grid connected photovoltaic systems has thus been formalized.
One of the largest industrial groups in Denmark, Danfoss Group has worldwide close to 23.500 employees and 64 manufacturing facilities. Production of frequency inverter drivers since 1968 has given the group extensive knowledge and experience of over 40 years in power electronics. All power components of the photovoltaic inverters are manufactured in own facilities in Germany and are tested in labs belonging to Danfoss Group.
Danfoss Solar inverters provide efficient solutions in the residential, commercial, industrial buildings segments as well as solar power plant segments with single phase products in the 1.8 – 5.4 kW range and three phase products in the 8 – 15 kW range. MimtaSolar will distribute the products in the Turkish market and additionally integrate them into its own offering of turn-key photovoltaic systems.
